All garments are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless: There is a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been delivered.

In case of a size issue, an exchange will be made or the piece will be altered.

In case of exchange of size or alteration, the customer has to inform us within 7 days of delivery.

No exchanges will be made on custom orders.

The cost of sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer.

All tags have to be intact and returns will not be accepted if the product received is damaged.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition. Products with perfume smells will not be accepted.

In case the size requested in exchange is unavailable, store credit will be provided. It will be valid for six months.

A piece won’t be exchanged for the second time.
